UGC generates leads for the following incident types:
Structure fire - Any fire extending from more than one room. This would include attic fires, fire inside walls, and chimney fires that extend to the attic.
Fire - Any small or large fire contained to a single room.
Water - When the Fire Department is called in for a water problem: Water is in the structure and water vacuums are required, flooding occurs, sprinkler system malfunctions in a structure, etc.
Fire/Smoke/Water - When the Fire Department arrives on scene of a small fire that has already been extinguished by an active sprinkler system.
Smoke - Any smoke problem that does not include a working fire. Electrical issues that require a smoke vent, heavy smoke from nearby vegetation fires getting into a house, etc.
Pot on the stove - Fires that stemmed from burnt food in ovens, microwaves, etc.
Structure Collision - When a vehicle/plane/tractor strikes a building and causes structure damage.
Extinguished Fire - Any fire that is already out when the Fire Department arrives.
